Yes, we will never agree on all bands, that's for sure. With Nando I would probably never get an agreement on the GOOD ALBUMS by Dream Theater (for instance I do not like 6 Degrees of Inner Turbulence - CD2, for me it is only a "nice try", it took Octavarium to get it working). With Steelsoul - well, he probably would not admit that Dream Theater is a good band to begin with  :FU: .

By the, Dream Theater is an American band ... it is spelled Theater  :winkle:

Since i listen a lot to grindcore, death metal & black metal during the days i don't think many here love their stuff  :mrgreen:

It's easy though without the screaming, growling and whatever ways bands use vocals neither grindcore, death & black metal would have any meaning to me. Clean vocals for grindcore or black metal doesn't work for me. I think Opeth is one of the few bands who make their sound special with clean+growling vocals. Not many can do it and if they attempt it it means more then one singer in the band.

Probably so. Agalloch is also one such band, vocals by Mr. Haughm.
